Feeling sad, depressed, empty or just angry?

We are human beings and is natural to feel bad sometimes. What is not natural or good is to have these feelings every day. If you let your days go on like this, chances are, you will build habits out of them. And then it will be hard to take them out of your life.

You know what I figured out? Most of the time that we are sad or angry is because of something we want. Some of us don’t even realize that we want something so we think, there is nothing we want. But deep inside there is this lack that we can’t explain, there is this feeling that something is missing.

Maybe you want something and can’t have it? What do babies do when they want something? The cry and kick until the parents figure out what they want, and give it to them. When you are a baby your needs and wants are not much and they are easily full-filled. But when we are adults, things get complicated, now our needs and wants get intertwine and things just get confusing.

Solution: Start taking action, no matter what you do, do something. Start moving in any direction; the important thing is to generate energy.

Life is easy but sometimes we complicate it with nonsense that cause us to feel bad, one way or the other. Moving helps us figure out what we want by giving us immediate feedback. This feedback helps us make decisions that takes us where we ultimately want to go.

I’m so confident that taking action fixes a lot of this stuff, that I created a course for it, check this post here for it https://www.edwindiaz.com/motivation-learn-to-take-action-that-leads-to-success/ . Most of the things I tell you in this website are based on my own experience. I worked very hard on myself to develop life skills, because I think there are the key to happiness. Without growing your mind, you won’t achieve much. You can learn all the technical skills in the world and they won’t help you as much as growing your mind will; trust me I know.
